Our tinned British seafood range comes direct from the fishermen. We buy fish from boats when it is in peak condition and preserve it using traditional artisanal methods. Tinned fish is incredibly versatile and ensures there is no wasted catch. It provides a sustainable way to ensure 100% of catch is used, increasing value for those people who catch our fish and putting less pressure on target species, allowing our fisheries to thrive and flourish.  All our tinned fish is produced entirely by hand, from the catching, when hauling nets or using hook and line, the cooking, skinning, filleting and hand-laying the fish into our tins.
